Unable to reach CS
I received an offer from mission lane for a CC with UP TO $1000. Of course the small print said that the initial credit could be as low as $300??
I tried to call several times on different days during the week and was unable to talk to an actual person. Don't fall for this idiocy, why on earth would anyone want a card that has a credit limit of $300? Maybe for those who are trying to raise their credit score but read the terms and conditions. A loan shark would have better rates and conditions.
They might even answer the phone if you called.
Don't get caught up with places like this. They're unethical and immoral and should be outlawed.

Trying to apply for credit card will not accept my address
I cannot submit an application because you will not except my address. It is the address to the Postal Service gave me.
I have used the same address for 16 years.
Can somebody call me and straighten this out 814-807-****. I cannot do it on line

Wrong address
I entered my address on Mission Lane's site when applying for a credit card. Got a message congratulating me for being approved, but they said my card was sent to an OLD address from 15 years ago!
Been trying to fix this but cannot.
1. Bots don't understand, are completely useless! Ignore my words, respond with laughable "replies."
2. It's impossible to change it on site despite following their instructions.
3.
No way to call the number on back of card as they say, since I won't get it...
will be received by whoever lives at my very old address in another city!
4. No way to speak to a live person by phone or email.
I worry about whose hands my card falls into, and if I will ever get it!

Natalie and customer service help me out she took the interest off and has me paying on July 3 $182.29. I will keep my card open when I get a new one she was very nice thank you for your help.

I saw Mission Lane requested documents to verify my account which I supplied, but they said it wasnt verified for a certain payment that was made but because of the payment was reversed. Its not on my statement so they suspended my account. It wouldnt give me a resolution around the issue that its not on my statement because the payment did not go through, they claim it to protect me in my account *** its to appease some upper corporate ***

Preferred solution: My account unfrozen & you acknowledge that December 2022 statement won’t show the payment your want to see taken out on my statement because that payment was reversed so it will not be on my statement

No calls can be taken from your customer service department, therefore customer service doesnt exist to help any customer yet your company charges a huge interest rate

Haven't received my card
A while back someone used my credit card for a Amazon purchase and it wasn't me so I contacted Mission Lane so that the credit card could be canceled and was wanting a new credit card Credit card was canceled but never received a new credit card by mail yet and this has been some time now but since I haven't received the card I'm just wanting to cancel it
Wrong information entered
Sent an pre qualified letter and the wrong information was entered and your saying that theres no way you can correct this information so why even send out these letters

Very hard to get to live agent and when you do the communication is terrible at best. Interest rates are too high and customer service is terrible.

Gave me card& limit promise active
I got card & credit limit and promise activate it. Its even on credit report as being open I dont know why I am still waiting?
Number on back card doesnt belong to Mission lane??? WTF
