This is more of a follow-up from when I posted a complaint about ShopQ1 Wireless doing an unauthorized transaction. They are partnered with Quality One Wireless.

They sent me an email stating that they were giving me a full refund, so I waited a few days to see, and they did. So I thought that was the end of it until today when Mission Lane had taken the refund back. I didn't know that they had sent me an email stating that after their investigation, they had determined that the transaction was authorized, which they were lying about. Had they done a thorough investigation, they would have been able to show me their proof.

If they had reached out to FedEx, then they would have known that the rep and FedEx had a proof of delivery photo that showed my package was delivered outside on the sidewalk up against the door. The rep would have told them that they were the one that told me to reach out to the merchant and ask for a refund or replacement, which means their investigation was nowhere near an investigation. It would have taken more than a few days to come up with that resolution. So if they claimed it was authorized, the fact still remains the same: that I never got my package.

I would have thought that without me asking, common sense would have told them that whether it was authorized or not, the customer clearly stated that she never received it.

Instead of fraud, they should have filed a complaint. But the only question right now I want them to answer is why I was given a full refund from Quality One and Mission Lane took it back.

Regarding Mission Lane wealth has a priority above a customers' health I did not invite the flu to cause me to be sick for longer than a week of time. I did not make one minor size ($25.00) payment, and it resulted in payments of past month and current month with a late fee.

It did result in four e-mail reminders, and two phone calls. I will be glad when the account balance is paid off, and NO I would not refer this parasitic company to anyone who may need to establish credit.

They wanted me to fax a picture of my ID to accept a payment. I spoke with a manager and they offered a phone app to download.

I have a neurological disease, so it's confusing. They keep sending emails about missed payments. They tell me to log in and pay but they took away my online access so I can't even go online to make payments. Now they are threatening to contact the credit bureau about missed payments.

When I try to message back, I find that I can't send emails to them. They are being prejudiced against my disability.
