I have a high balance, 1500, pay around 60 per month, the interest is $40 plus per month, so basically paying about $15 a month on my actual bill, have called and ask to lower APR,
I will never get my bill pd off, and representative are un willing to help in any way! I am never late on my payment, and have not made a purchase in 7 months, and pay around $60 per month, yet, after 7 month , I have $70 availabl credit- so... all the months of paying, is all going towards interest and fees, mission lane is horrible with helping customers

Only thing they show is what you owe and interest charges. Someone is stealing.

They didn't issue an apology just threatened me again about the payment.
They wanted me to fax a picture of my ID to accept a payment. I spoke with a manager and they offered a phone app to download.
I have a neurological disease, so it's confusing. They keep sending emails about missed payments. They tell me to log in and pay but they took away my online access so I can't even go online to make payments. Now they are threatening to contact the credit bureau about missed payments.
When I try to message back, I find that I can't send emails to them. They are being prejudiced against my disability.
Preferred solution: Apology

That's just B. S. You can see I've tried over and over at dating sites. Just to be declined.
I'm a 68 yr old worked at a bank for 9 yrs as a loan officer. I think I can tell if fraud was involved. Your card and service suck. What a insult.

This is the fourth time I've called to change my number and they never changed it my old number is 352-355-**** and my new number is 352-239-****

Put 130.84 on visa March 13... payment was due on April 13th never received a bill call 3 times to customer service they are super unhelpful.
Needed taking # to account in order to pay it. WHAT, 2024 people get it together.

Customer service said "block the numbers" and nothing else! I'm really getting pissed off getting 3 or 4 calls a day.

Verified ReviewerThey refused to let me pay off my card
I made a payment that mostly paid off my card, as I am trying to get rid of high APR debt. Instead of accepting my payment, they refused it and demanded I send them bank records to prove the money I sent was mine.
Then they restricted the card so it could not be used. I have called twice to verify that the payment is correct. I gave my name and bank information to the customer service representative, and still, they would not lift the restriction on my account until I sent them bank records. Sending bank records with my account information over the internet is not something I desire to do, and I am doing so now under legal protest and shall hold them responsible for any fraud done to my account due to this.
I had to enter all my banking information into their computer system just to make the payment in the first place. If they thought the payment was not valid, they should have called the bank themselves and inquired about it, not made me send sensitive information to them via the open internet. When I requested that they credit my account with the payment or please return it, they refused to refund my payment. So they won't credit my account and lift the restriction, but at the same time, they do not want to send me the money back.
To me, it seems as if they are the ones forcing a fraud upon me. I am waiting for a call back from my attorney about this matter and to discuss any legal action I might be able to take against them. I will also be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and will be posting about this interaction on all the varied social media accounts my family and I have to warn others not to use your services.
So, at this point, I have made a payment, made two verified phone calls, and now submitted bank records in an effort to settle my debt with them. I believe I have done far more than should be required to pay my debt to them.
Preferred solution: They need to change their business practices.
