Late fee waiver

I am requesting a late fee waiver on my March 25,2024 payment. The reason for this request is that in my community there were no access to phone services on this day until late evening. I apologize for the late payment but it was out of my control.

They refused to let me pay off my card

I made a payment that mostly paid off my card, as I am trying to get rid of high APR debt. Instead of accepting my payment, they refused it and demanded I send them bank records to prove the money I sent was mine.

Then they restricted the card so it could not be used. I have called twice to verify that the payment is correct. I gave my name and bank information to the customer service representative, and still, they would not lift the restriction on my account until I sent them bank records. Sending bank records with my account information over the internet is not something I desire to do, and I am doing so now under legal protest and shall hold them responsible for any fraud done to my account due to this.

I had to enter all my banking information into their computer system just to make the payment in the first place. If they thought the payment was not valid, they should have called the bank themselves and inquired about it, not made me send sensitive information to them via the open internet. When I requested that they credit my account with the payment or please return it, they refused to refund my payment. So they won't credit my account and lift the restriction, but at the same time, they do not want to send me the money back.

To me, it seems as if they are the ones forcing a fraud upon me. I am waiting for a call back from my attorney about this matter and to discuss any legal action I might be able to take against them. I will also be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and will be posting about this interaction on all the varied social media accounts my family and I have to warn others not to use your services.

So, at this point, I have made a payment, made two verified phone calls, and now submitted bank records in an effort to settle my debt with them. I believe I have done far more than should be required to pay my debt to them.

Preferred solution: They need to change their business practices.

Mission Lane - Dispute transaction from my bank account

For some reason, I have a $645 transaction from my bank account from mission lane. And I don't even have a mission lane credit card! Now I want my money refunded asap!

I tried reaching them on a weekend to no avail

Mission lane let someone fill out an Application for credit card with my information and didnt check or verify. It was me now someone has a credit card in my name I do not have or ever seen whoever it is I want them prosecuted. I cannot get in touch with mission lane about this bad situation im very pissed about this situation

Card stolen

Someone got my information and filled out for a credit card I dont have and I wont them to prosecuted. My phone number is 540-618-**** and my address is 56 N 4th st,warrenton,va 20186.

I would like for someone to call me.

And I want that Credit card suspended immediately. Thank you and I look forward to someone calling me

Cancel my payment to pet co lab

Cancel my payment to pet lab co because that order was cancelled. Thank you.

I cancelled the order and they still charged my credit card for the payment.

I changed my mind because they wanted to charge me monthly and I just wanted a 1 time order to see if their product works for my pet. So please cancel my payment to pet lab co.

Inaccurate Information

I have had the most terrifying time getting a payment posted. The resolution specialist told me my payment would post by 6:00 PM on 12/1/2023 which was incorrect.

I was told they could not post my payment, because it was still pending in their system. I showed proof that the payment came out of my account. Then I was told to use email on Saturday, because they dont have live support. I sent a email hours ago and still no support or help.

This has been awful. Representatives provided inaccurate information.

Make a payment

Make a payment triennial on line but not able to get logged in joy dute why I am l not able to do do I need to make a payment becaust it due today a I dont want any late fee are you able help me make a payment for today are call back tomorrow or try to log in tomorrow and wave the late fee. Your payment app is not user user not user and calling the phone number brings me to this form to fill oiy

Identify theft fraudulent withdrawal from USBank account

I called and talked to rest and told him that I had been a victim of a down the desert and began to inform of the three times on July 31 that Mission Lane had withdrawn money out of US Bank account. One was for $11.33.

One was for $1950, and $.58 and the other one was $1988.08. He said that there was no way that he could connect me to the fraud department is aware there was no way that anyone would be able to send email because I did not have an account.

I did not have an account because I have never been a client or a customer of Mission Lane. He further said that my bank US Bank in Trenton, Missouri would help to recover the funds, and that also should have an affidavit from the police of a police report, but informed him that was told by the police department, the FTC handles that now also was told by the Social Security department that the FTC handles all of these incidences, but would just like to have an answer, and to know that I have actually informed somebody that is willing to search For fraudulent activity at around July 31, 2023.

I was out of work for three months due to an illness. I try to get back making payments on my credit card and was told by the representative that this account would not be closed if I continue to make my payments while Ive been trying to make my payment for August and I see that its closed with a $500 balance which we agreed on a much smaller amount when we were on the phone together
